Chris Pawlowski, P.E.
Principal
Chris Pawlowski is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Connecticut and Pennsylvania with nearly a decade of experience in civil engineering design and project management. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Chris specializes in land development, with additional expertise in transportation and infrastructure design.
Throughout his career, Chris has managed projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and public agencies to deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions. His work includes site layout, grading and drainage design, utility coordination, and permitting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Committed to quality, safety, and innovation, Chris approaches every project with a focus on practical solutions that balance client goals, regulatory requirements, and community needs. He remains dedicated to professional growth and to advancing the civil engineering field through the integration of new technologies and best practices in design and development.
Rich Sammon
Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer
Rich Sammon brings over a decade of experience in transportation engineering, traffic analysis, and land development across the Northeast. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, he’s known for his collaborative approach and ability to deliver smart, practical solutions from early planning all the way through construction.
